How can I withdraw funds from my account
1. ProActive Futures is located at: 255 Executive DR, Suite 410, Plainview, NY 11803 2. We began operations in September of 2001 3. Our sales and customer service staff can assist you from 7:30 EST to 5:00EST. Our trading desk can be reached 24 hours a day, 5 days a week beginning Sunday at 6:00EST 4. The minimum to open an account is $2500 for retail clients. You should consider the markets you wish to trade and your trading style before making your initial deposit. 5. Commissions depend on volume, markets you trade, and number of contract you trade per month. All overnight positions require the exchange minimum margins which are set by the exchange and subject to change without notice from the exchange. 7. ProActive Futures offers a variety of services to aide your trading. 8. ProActive Futures offers an online training class to provide you with the basic knowledge needed before you begin trading futures online. 9. ProActive Futures provides free live demos for all platforms that are supported. 10.If your computer should go down, our order desk is available 24 hours a day beginning on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. EST. 11.We offer access to the worlds major exchanges including the CME, CBOT, EUREX, LIFFE, and NYMEX. 12. Once we receive your new account application and all the necessary documents, we can usually open the account within 24 hrs. The fastest way to open an account is through the online electronic form. 13. Your funds are held with one of our clearing houses in a customer segregated account. 14. You will make your check payable to the clearing agent that your account is held at. Please double check before sending funds. 15. You can mail your check to ProActive Futures 255 Executive DR, Suite 410, Plainview, NY 11803 16. All accounts will receive an emailed equity statement on every day that a trade takes place. All accounts will also have access to back office software that will enable you to track your activity and balances. 17. You can either place orders online with one of our many trading platforms or you can call our order desk which is available 24 hours a day. 19. The fastest way to open an account is either by filling out the online electronic account form or by downloading the account form from the “new account” section, filling it out, then faxing the completed forms to 516-977-1523. We can trade your system whether it is mechanical and programmed or manually executed. 28. We offer a wide variety of platforms: ProActive Direct, Ninja trader, T4, Trade Navigator, X- Trader, Strategy Runner, and Ran Order/ EDGE. 29.
